The article,  Why It’s So Hard to Hear Negative Feedback , is fascinating. It makes sense that if you did something poorly in your job, you shouldn't shut yourself down. You should show a positive vibe to your boss because it shows who you really are; a person that doesn't give up. If your boss yells at you and tells you that you are worthless and then you show anger as your reaction, it looks even worse on yourself. I realized it is true that if you earned a C for one of your classes, you still earned an A for improvement to yourself. Overall, grades should never define who you are as a person. It is your personality that is important. Sometimes, I wish that our schools could see that we are here to learn new things and that mistakes should be made along the way to become better as a person rather than being punished. Reincarnation:  One topic that I am interested in learning about is reincarnation. I wondered what it is like for the Indian traditions to practice reincarnation. Since I am Buddhist, we believe that reincarnation can be a bad thing. If a person that is reincarnated to another life, he or she didn't not reach enlightenment. Source:  Reincarnation . Traveling India: I feel like this topic would be a fun story to write about. I love to travel and learn new places around the world. I could make a future trip that could grab the reader's attention to book a trip as well. This could get me to become more interested in the arts of India. Once upon a time, there was student, named Paper, who was attending his first middle school. As he took his first steps into the school building, he became stoked. He met wonderful teachers and staff along the way. However, he didn’t have any friends. His teachers told him to try to make friends or else he would be alone. The next few minutes later, he hopped onto a random groups conversation, but realized that it didn’t work out so well for him. He just didn’t know how to find the right friend groups. As Paper was walking out of his last class for the day, he got pushed down in the hallway by the scissor jocks. The scissor jocks picked and teased on him because he looked different from them. I am excited to read the stories about Ramayana and Mahabharata because it relates to Buddhism. One of the stories that grabbed my attention was the  Public Domain Edition of the Ramayana . I am intrigued to read more about Ramayana's life. Another great thing about this edition is that it includes audio clips too. Another book that I became interested was the  Rama and the Monkeys . The story line with the monkeys can relate to many things like sacrifice and love. Lastly, the  Public Domain Edition: Mahabharata  book seemed cool to read. Time management is very important to have a successful outcome. Being in college can throw a lot of things at you. Therefore, organizing should always be your top priority. The articles that I have chosen to read were  The Myth of Too Busy   by Tim Grahl and  4 Questions to Help You Overcome Procrastination  by Peter Banerjea. These articles were useful because it gives us a reminder that we can do better to boost our motivation. I realized that I do have a lot on my plate for this semester due from finishing up some medical school applications, being involved on campus, and doing some community service work. I am familiar with most of the basic technology tools. It's been a long time since I had taken an online class. The last time that I have taken an online course was my senior year in high school. This class will be my first online class in college. I am not sure if there are any web skills that I am interested, but it will come across as weeks go by.
